Your rights and responsibilities

When you engage with us, you have a right to be treated with respect and dignity. We also ask that you treat our staff, volunteers and other people in our community with the same kindness.

You can learn more about your rights and responsibilities in our fact sheet.

Advocating for your rights

There may be times where our clients and those we support need someone to speak on their behalf. This is where an advocate can help. An advocate can be a family member, friend or a person from an external organisation.

We encourage you to use an advocate when you need help negotiating with us or the service system. We can help you access an advocate if you need one. You can ask for an advocate by contacting us and we can refer you to an external advocacy organisation.

Your feedback

We’re committed to providing the best standard of services, information and support to people affected by MS and other neurological conditions. We value your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve and offer the best possible support for you.
