MS Plus was thrilled to receive four CoAct Excellence Awards under the ‘site performance’ category, celebrating excellence in service delivery for our MS Employment Support Service.

Our MS services across New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory received the honour. Of the 14 awards in the site performance category, 6 went to MS service providers, with MS WA and MS Queensland also taking out awards.

Executive Manger Consumer Directed Care, Natalie Francis and Employment Development Consultant, Gillian Kennedy accepted the awards at the CoAct Connect Up conference held in Brisbane in May.

“These awards recognise our dedication to providing the best possible care to people living with MS and other neurological conditions,” Natalie said.

“At MS Plus, we’re passionate about ensuring MS isn’t a barrier to living a full and productive life. Besides the need for a steady income, work is also such a big part of our sense of self. We all want to feel like we’re contributing to something and can use our skills and follow our passions. MS Plus helps people living with MS to succeed at work or to find work if currently unemployed and want to re-enter the workforce.

“I would like to thank CoAct for their support and recognition. We are proud to have receive this incredible acknowledgement, especially with such a strong group of nominees.”
