Our MS Plus Aged Care Services are all about partnering with you to find ways to protect your independence and do the things that matter to you.

The journey of ageing well is different for everyone, and our services are tailored to your unique story. We’re here to support people over the age of 65 who are living with any neurological condition and their loved ones.

We’re here to empower you to age well, whether you want:

  • support to understand and access My Aged Care, and consider other government-funded or private options available to you
  • to find the right types of services to suit your lifestyle and meet your goals
  • expert advice to guide you through the care, support and services you may need to stay at home and remain connected to the community
  • to improve your balance, strength and movement and reduce falls with our exercise physiologists in our specialist neuro gyms or at home
  • to work with our occupational therapists to make your home safer and help you stay at home, living independently, with advice to support home modifications and useful aids
  • to improve your physical wellbeing with our physiotherapists
  • feel your best with guidance on healthy meals and nutritional support from our dietitians
  • to work with our continence nurses to improve your confidence, relationships and sleep.

MS Plus was established in 1956 and has helped thousands of clients and their loved ones navigate the complexities of managing a neurological condition, and now we’re able to provide the same support to people over the age of 65.

You can access our comprehensive suite of practical and emotional support face-to face in your home, or at one of our wellbeing centres, or virtually via telehealth.
