What does an average day look like for you?
An average day for me includes checking in on a few of my participants following up with the NDIS or allied health. It also includes looking for supports that my participants need.
How long have you worked with MS Plus?
I celebrated my one-year anniversary with MS Plus on 5 September.
Have there been any memorable moments for you?
Being able to get a lift approved for one of my participants, after a long time waiting.
What’s the best part of being a support coordinator?
Knowing that every day I am helping change someone's life.
Anything else you’d like to add?
It's such a rewarding job.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
I love listening to music and dancing, it’s even more beautiful when my son joins in.
Is there anything about you that not many people know?
I am fluent in 3 languages, Swahili, English and Kikuyu.
