The Navigate MS Friends & Family program is designed for people who support someone with MS. You’ll learn about the condition, understand the supports available, cover practical tips to support someone with MS and discuss strategies for taking care of yourself
Over two 75-minute sessions, an MS expert will guide discussions, provide information, links to resources and answer any questions you may have. We’ll cover a range of topics including:
