Dr Yasmine Probst is a Dietitian and an Associate Professor currently based at the University of Wollongong and a Research Fellow with the Illawarra Health and Medical Research Institute. Yasmine is also a person living with multiple sclerosis (MS). Listen in to hear which foods are best to eat, and why, when living with MS.

Dr. Yasmine Probst is an Associate Professor with the School of Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciencesopens in new tab at the University of Wollongongopens in new tab and Research Fellow at the Illawarra Health and Medical Research Institute. She holds dual Masters degrees in Dietietics and Health Informatics and is recognised as an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australiaopens in new tab and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute for Digital Healthopens in new tab. Yasmine holds a current Senior Research fellowshipopens in new tab with MS Australia. As a person living with MS, her research and teaching focuses on nutrition for people living with MS.
