Your home away from home! Based in Watsonia in Victoria, our Plus Respite service gives you and your loved ones the restorative break you might need to recharge – all in a friendly and safe environment.

Our caring and experienced team will be there to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Whether you’re staying for a set number of weeks or for a shorter period, you can expect:

  • a professional and friendly team who care for you 24/7
  • high quality equipment, such as ceiling hoists and shower commodes
  • meals prepared for you in your private kitchen
  • spacious living room with TV and Wi-Fi.

Many people say the best part of coming to stay in our Plus Respite service is the opportunity to socialise and connect with other people living with neurological conditions. You are also welcome to host visitors in our recreational facilities or gardens.

What is the accommodation like?

We offer two respite beds. Situated in the heart of Watsonia in Victoria, our service has easy access to the local shops, train station and nearby Greensborough Plaza. Watsonia is located 16km north-east of the Melbourne CBD.

When staying at our Plus Respite service, we offer 24/7 support, assistance with meal preparation and assistance to attend medical appointments if needed.

Our team provides a COVID-safe environment at all times. We use full Personal Protective Equipment when it’s required, conduct deep cleaning, temperature checks and other important measures to keep you and your family safe.

How do I pay?

Plus Respite service is an NDIS funded service. The NDIS will fund your visit if you have ‘Short Term Accommodation - Core Supports’ in your NDIS plan.
