Long-term residential accommodation

If your condition has progressed to a point where you can no longer live safely and comfortably at home, our caring and experienced team at MS Plus is here to support you.

We provide long-term MS residential care for a small number of people in our purpose-built facilities in Williamstown, Watsonia, McKinnon and Beaumaris in Victoria and Beverly Hills in NSW. When living in our residential accommodation you can expect:

• a professional and friendly team who care for you 24/7
• a purpose-built, fully accessible house with high-quality equipment
• a spacious bedroom
• dining, living and outdoor entertaining areas
  
• onsite allied health support, including physiotherapy, exercise programs, diet and nutrition support, continence support.

We offer residential accommodation in fully accessible homes, featuring spacious bedrooms, a shared kitchen, dining area and communal living area with heating and cooling throughout.

At our residential accommodation, you'll benefit from 24/7 support tailored to your needs, including meal preparation and assistance with medical or allied health appointments when required.

We adhere to rigorous hygiene practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment when necessary, conduct thorough cleaning and implement temperature checks to keep you safe and well.

Our residential accommodation is an enrolled Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property. You will need to have SDA funding as well as Supported Independent Living (SIL) available in your NDIS plan. We can help you prepare for your planning conversation and even come with you if you like, contact our MS Plus team for more information. You will also need to be able to pay a reasonable rent contribution, as set by the NDIA.

We welcome applicants aged 18 years or older. Our residential accommodation are Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property, so eligibility for the appropriate SDA level of funding in your NDIS plan is required. Applicants must be able to pay rent and utilities and be willing to establish a residential agreement. Whilst applications to live in our Willamstown residential MS housing are processed by the Victorian Deparetment of Families, Fairness and Housing, we can assist you with the process.
