Neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s and stroke can cause muscle spasticity, where muscles become tight and resistant to movement. Regular stretching helps to alleviate this spasticity, reducing muscle stiffness and discomfort while also increasing range of motion.

Neuro-therapists led mobility sessions

Our 30-minute Plus Flex and Flow sessions are thoughtfully tailored with a range of positioning, stretching and relaxing techniques to help ease muscle tightness and stiffness. Run by exercise physiologists who specialise in helping people living with MS and other neurological conditions, Plus Flex and Flow can help you move comfortably and keep your muscles, ligaments and joints as flexible as possible.
