Hydrotherapy is a form of physical therapy that involves carrying out exercises and specific therapeutic techniques in warm water to alleviate pain, promote relaxation, strengthen muscles, improve circulation and enhance overall wellbeing. People living with multiple sclerosis or other neurological conditions can benefit greatly from water therapy as the unique properties of water can help you move around with greater ease and flexibility.
