If you’re feeling overwhelmed, our Plus Support Coordination team can help you make sense of your NDIS plan and connect with the services you need.

Our experienced support coordinators can partner with you to ensure your NDIS plan meets your goals and will help map out your funding so it’s going towards the things that matter most to you!

We can empower you to take control of your NDIS plan, including:

  • develop a plan for how you’ll spend your funds
  • help you find providers that work for you and your values
  • help you understand the practical parts – how to login to the portal
  • remain on hand throughout your plan and plan review.

How support coordination works

Our support coordinators have a deep understanding of multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. Together at your first appointment, we’ll review your NDIS plan to make sure it’s working for you.

Our support coordinators will also:

  • help you understand your plan and reports
  • talk with you about what you like to do – whether it’s sport, painting or family time – and look at how you can use your funds to do more of what you love
  • match you to providers that align with what matters to you – value for money, location, specialist neurological knowledge
  • teach you all the practical parts of managing your NDIS plan including signing into the portal.

Wayne's story

Wayne has been working with his Support Coordinator Lisa, to get back to the beach after many years unable to reach the sand due to mobility issues. Lisa embraced Wayne's idea to get an off-road wheelchair, found the funding through the NDIS and helped to make Wayne's dream a reality.

How to access support coordination

Support coordination is funded by the NDIA and needs to be included in your NDIS plan. We can help you work out if it’s in your plan if you’re not sure.

We have support coordinators based in the ACT, New South Wales, Tasmania and Victoria. If you live close by, we can arrange a face-to-face appointment at our MS Plus office or at your home. You can also access support coordination through Telehealth.
