If you are administering an Estate and your client and/or loved one has left a bequest or gift in their Will to MS Plus or Multiple Sclerosis Australia “MS Australia”, we would love to hear from you as soon as possible so we can extend our condolences to the surviving family members and friends.

Upon notification of an estate:

We will connect you with our agents, Bequest Assist that will make all estate aspects as smooth as possible so we can concentrate on making sure your loved ones wishes are honoured and their generosity and impact celebrated. Connecting you to Bequest Assist early might help to minimise tax or fees that might be payable on an estate such as Capital Gains.

Would you kindly forward us the following details:

  • Full name of the Willmaker and last known address;

  • The date of death; and

  • A copy of the Will.

We would love to say thank you to your client’s family, for their loved ones generosity and legacy gift. If you know of any reasons for their gift, or how they came to entrust their legacy to us we would love to hear from you as well.

We would love to offer thanks for the Will Maker/ Bequestors generosity and their estate recognition, if permission granted, such as an inclusion in our Annual report and/or our “Celebration of Life” tribute to show that their wishes are making a difference to future generations.
