At Williamstown, you can enjoy structured routines and actively participate in both home and community activities. This lively and welcoming atmosphere ensures you’ll always feel connected and supported. Current residents enjoy their own hobbies and interests as well spending time with family and friends. They regularly participate in community activities such as shopping, meals and coffee, swimming and physiotherapy. The house has a mix of male and female residents, ranging in age from their 40s to 50s.
The house features five-bedrooms each with its own ensuite, a shared open plan kitchen, dining and spacious living area and heating and cooling throughout. The large backyard has a rotunda, BBQ area and well-maintained gardens, providing an ideal area for relaxing and entertaining.
Located in the scenic beachside suburb of Williamstown, this home offers the best of both worlds - tranquillity and convenience. With public transport just five-minutes away, you’ll have easy access to the city and your loved ones. Nearby, Anchorage Marina and Altona Gate Shopping Centre provide plenty of recreational and shopping opportunities. Cafes, shops, parks / reserves and the Williamstown Hospital are all within two kilometres of the house. The North Williamstown train station is less than a kilometre from the house and the closest bus stop is approximately 900 metres. The Williamstown Community and Education Centre is a short drive away.
