Your new Lidcombe Wellbeing Centre is now open, offering everything you need for neuro wellbeing and connection in one place. Our services are tailored to meet your unique needs, whether you are living with MS, Parkinson’s, Stroke, MND, Muscular Dystrophy, Epilepsy, Dementia or other neuro conditions.

The Lidcombe Wellbeing Centre includes:

• large open space lounge and café area
• parking: there is plenty of accessible parking along the side of the building, and there’s an access door on the side (in addition to the main entrance at the front).
• waiting area: please continue to sign in on arrival and wait in our comfortable entrance area before your first session. Your exercise physiologist or physiotherapist will come to greet you when they’re ready.
• toilets and lockers: we have fantastic DDA compliant accessible toilets, showers and lockers available near the gym area (yes, showers are a game changer!). You’re welcome to use these facilities, but please remember to wear appropriate footwear, bring your own towel and soap.
• larger, purpose-built gym with air conditioning
• eight therapy areas, including designated areas for consultation and treatment
• large multipurpose space for classes, workshops, presentations, events and group activities, convertible into two smaller spaces if needed
• a ‘sensory garden’ in an open courtyard, kids play area, level access for all areas, undercover parking and landscaped outdoor spaces.
