Advance care planning
This webinar discusses plans for your future health care with advice on having this conversation with loved ones.

Join Tom Cobban, Principal Solicitor at Beryl and Watson Lawyers, as he addresses common concerns about MS and its impact on employment. Tom discusses issues such as disclosure to employers, workplace modifications, and the implications of MS on employment contracts. He also explores the importance of understanding discrimination laws and the implications for income protection and TPD claims.
Tom is a Director of Berrill & Watson Lawyers and has worked his whole career in superannuation and insurance claims. He only works for the individual or the insured person and never represents the insurance companies. Tom has approximately 10 years’ experience as a solicitor working exclusively in superannuation and insurance claims. Tom is Chair of the Board of Social Security Rights Victoria and is dedicated to assisting this organisation to help vulnerable and disadvantaged people with Centrelink debt, Disability Support Pensions (DSP) and other issues. Tom is keen to ensure that expert legal assistance with superannuation and insurance claims for people in remote and regional areas is a priority. Whilst primarily working out of the Melbourne Berrill & Watson office, Tom spends a lot of time in regional Victoria and all areas of South Australia.
