Charcoal on paper
Coastal Chill is a charcoal-on-paper drawing that captures the quiet beauty and calm atmosphere of the coastline.
This piece reflects my personal experience of being diagnosed with and living with multiple sclerosis. The coastline becomes a symbol of finding calm during uncertainty.
Creating this artwork was therapeutic. Coastal Chill is ultimately about finding peace within change and recognising the importance of calm spaces for emotional wellbeing and resilience.
