MS Plus has successfully completed the sale of its former premises, marking a significant milestone in the organisation’s long-term strategy to strengthen services and ensure the best possible outcomes for people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions.

“The sale reflects MS Plus’ ongoing commitment to responsible stewardship ensuring every asset is working as hard as possible to support clients, families and communities,” MS Plus CEO John Blewonski said.

As part of this strategic shift, MS Plus will relocate to a new, purpose-aligned site at 8 Redfern Rd, Hawthorn East, located 11km from its current head office and Wellbeing Centre in Blackburn.

“The new premises have been carefully selected with clients at the centre. The site offers improved accessibility, including convenient drive-in, drive-out access, dedicated disability parking and a more welcoming, user-friendly environment for people using services,” Mr Blewonski said. “Its location, in a well-connected precinct, with strong public transport links, will make it easier for clients, carers and families to access support when they need it.”

For staff, the new building provides a modern, fit-for-purpose workspace designed to enhance collaboration, service delivery and client experience. The upgraded fit-out will support MS Plus teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in an environment that reflects the organisation’s commitment to excellence.

This move is part of a broader strategic approach to ensure MS Plus continues to evolve in line with client needs and the changing healthcare landscape. By reinvesting in infrastructure that directly supports service delivery, the organisation is strengthening its ability to provide tailored, expert care, focused on each individual’s goals, not just their condition.

MS Plus remains deeply committed to being there at every stage of the journey, from the first phone call through to ongoing care, ensuring people living with neurological conditions can access trusted expertise, practical support and a genuine human connection.

This transition represents not just a change of address, but a continued investment in delivering better, more accessible and more responsive services for the community.
