Colours of the Kimberly

Wool, alpaca and silk on hand wet-felted background
After living in the Kimberly’s ill-health brought us back to Victoria and family. I have missed the freedom and colours of the North West, but have wonderful memories. I have found painting with wool and fibres easier than traditional painting as sensation is reduced in my hand. This is my attempt to reflect the beauty of the very special Wild West I was privileged to see.
