Laid Bare 1

This painting is one of a series of three I painted when I was extremely fatigued and which I came to view as a triptych of the mind. In this series I rendered brain shapes into a kind of colour palette layered over a non-distinct texture representing my brain fog. I’ve always painted but the practice has become a vital part for me to manage fatigue.
