Letting Go

Letting Go represents a journey of release, transformation and stepping into the light. The deep purples and shadows behind her reflect the inner world we often navigate - filled with doubts, heaviness, fear and noise. But as she listens to her body and honours herself, she begins to shift. The golden light ahead represents clarity, healing and possibility. The flowers blooming in the light are a symbol of renewal, growth, and the beauty the arises when we step fully into our power. This artwork is inspired by my own personal growth and the universal process of letting go of things that no longer serve me, especially since the MS diagnosis. Whether it's limiting beliefs, fear, pain, old stories, or expectations. It speaks about reclaiming control of my life, choosing freedom, trusting in and listening to my body and embracing light and positivity. It's a reminder that letting go isn't about forgetting or pushing away - it's about feeling, accepting and honouring who we are. In doing so, we create space to move forward, to rise and to let the light in.
