Rumination

The title I have chosen for my Drawing is Contemplation. The drawing I have submitted is a reflection of when MS has put restrictions on my body. At times being mentally physically and emotionally challenging. Which in turn my Artwork help me reflect and redirect my thoughts. I feel huge sense of gratitude, freedom and creativity from my Artwork. I often have to remind myself to keep moving forward while I can. Being creative not only brings me joy, its great feeling a sense of achievement, especially when I have the opportunity to draw pictures and share my knowledge of Art with my grandchildren, family or friends. It's not only a therapeutic escape it's great fun.
