Still, in the Chaos

I love the ocean but have not been in it since being diagnosed with MS in 2022. This painting represents how I am feeling physically and emotionally, in my favourite place, still floating, still with my head just above the waters surface, despite the heaviness of the sheeting rain and the overwhelming vastness of the seemingly still ocean I am surrounded in, with no solid ground in sight.
