acrylics on a timber panel. then grit paper and water

In my younger days I was a Vehicle spray painter. We used test panels to colour match vehicles in the light, over time it would accumulate layers of different colour paints. One day my old school trades man said when we were cleaning the work shop that we need to clean the test panels. I ask how, he replied watch and learn son its easy, I though to my self no this is hard. Well he shocked me, he placed it in the direct sun light after an hour from the heat it basically peeled off the paint off the panel he then flattened it out and said, now you do the rest. I was about to throw it in the bin he yelled out don't. We can create art with it, he showed me how with water and grit paper and I was gobsmacked cool I said. Many years later I was cleaning out my garage of old spray cans with a bit of paint in it, I thought to my self lets use them up on a timber panel many layer of different colours used up all the old cans let the panel dry for many weeks then I started to rub it back with water and grit paper to see what come out or what I could create.
