National Carers Week takes place this year from Sunday 15 October to Saturday 21 October 2023. It is the perfect opportunity to recognise and celebrate the 2.65 million Australians who provide care and support to a family member or friend.

A place that feels like home: helping Beth reclaim confidence and mobility
Beth was diagnosed with MS in 2007 and has a long-standing goal to improve her core strength to reduce pressure on her legs and maintain her mobility as much as possible.
