Brain Fog

Glenda Janes

2025
Acrylic on canvas

This abstract painting is a representation of the brain fog so commonly experienced in people with MS. The different colours indicate the varying degrees of brain fog we can experience. Sometimes it is as dense as the dark blues and greens in the painting, inhibiting clear thinking; at other times, it is minimal, being more of a nuisance and this is represented by the brighter more cheery yellows. Regardless, it is something that is present much of the time and affects daily living to varying degrees.
