Spinal Tap is a two colour print using using mono-print and lino cut printing techniques. This is an abstract interpretation taken from my MRI image of my spine.
I first printed the background (orange) color from a perspex plate. Then the lino cut image of my spine was printed directly onto of the mono-print. I was experimenting with movement of color compared to the movement of the bones in the spine. it was later on I experienced a lumber puncture during my MS diagnosis.
